
Makeup Class Policy
How to Schedule a Makeup:
On our website go to the menu and navigate to “Members Area” > “Members Login”. Login to the parent portal by entering the email address and portal password that you created at registration time. If it is your first time visiting your portal and do not remember your password, click “Forgot your password”. A email will be sent to you to reset your password.
Click the menu (looks like this )
Select Absences & Makeups
Here you can submit a future absence OR Look under “Past” and see your past absences.
Click schedule makeup under past absences and select from class options listed! You’ll receive a confirmation email and you’re good to go!
Remember, you can’t schedule a makeup class within 36 hours of the class. the class will disappear from the listed options.
Makeup Class Policy:
If you miss a class, feel free to attend any open class we offer for a make-up. You can schedule a makeup by logging into your parent portal.
You can have a total of 4 makeups on your account at a time . Makeups expire after 2 months. You cannot makeup classes after you drop the class. Makeups must be done while enrolled, as they are tracked in your parent portal!
You can schedule a makeup up to two weeks in advance.
You can also plan ahead for classes you know you will be missing by marking your student absent in the portal and scheduling a makeup.
We must get 36 hours notice for scheduling makeups as its important for staffing the classes correctly.
